Introduction: Supreme Court Verdict:-
The Supreme Court has given a big verdict in the case of corruption related to liquor policy. Yes, after a long time, the court has granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.A request was documented in the court for the Main Pastor in which he blamed him for debasement.
While testing his capture for the situation, he had said it was unlawful.

Supreme Court’s Reserved Verdict:-
After this, on September 5, the decision on both the petitions of Kejriwal was reserved.
According to the cause list uploaded on the Supreme Court website on Thursday for September 13, the AAP chief’s bail plea and the petition challenging his arrest will be heard from 10 am. Let us tell you that after the CBI arrested Kejriwal on June 26, he had approached the Supreme Court challenging the Delhi High Court’s order of August 5 in which the High Court had upheld his arrest in this corruption case.
Background of the Arrest and Legal Proceedings:-

The Supreme Court asked three questions on the aspect of necessity and compulsion of arrest under MLA. ED had arrested Kejriwal on March 21 in the money laundering case. During the hearing on September 5 on his petition in the corruption case, Kejriwal had referred the matter to the five-judge Constitution Bench for in-depth consideration.
